The RacingBros Mono-R shock is rebound and spring pre-load adjustable.

For track use we recommend the 100n/mm spring for riders up to 190lbs and 130n/mm for riders above 190lbs.

Spring rate available are:

  • 88N/mm shock spring: for under 195lbs.
  • 100N/mm shock spring: between 190lbs-250lbs.
  • 130N/mm shock spring: for above 250lbs.
