Racing Bros Mono-R Shock for Honda CRF110 w/ Grom Conversion
Shock will only work on a CRF110 if it has the MNNTHBX rear shock mount & Grom swingarm.
The RacingBros Mono-R shock is rebound and spring pre-load adjustable.
For track use we recommend the 100n/mm spring for riders up to 190lbs and 130n/mm for riders above 190lbs.
Spring rate available are:
- 88N/mm shock spring: for under 195lbs.
- 100N/mm shock spring: between 190lbs-250lbs.
- 130N/mm shock spring: for above 250lbs.
